Pasaji

Pasaji means passage. A passage through flavours, scents and moments which leave their stamp on both our senses and our memories.

The Chefs, Aris Tsanaklidis and Yiannis Vidalis, make their own personal mark on an especially tasty gastronomic journey.

They have both “married” modern Greek flavours with much-loved traditional products, such as ladotyri cheese from Mytilene, Graviera cheese from Crete and olive preserve. These are served along with exotic dishes and fusion creations inspired by the chef’s own “passage” through well-known restaurants, from the Virgin Islands to New York, and from Hong Kong to Hawaii.

Combined with discreet luxury, a cosmopolitan ambience and Pasaji’s intimate atmosphere, the new menu offers a truly unique gastronomic experience that you would not want to miss out. Your “passage” can start at 10am when you can enjoy coffee and breakfast before or after shopping, and later on you can combine the excellent sushi bar and the refreshing signature cocktails. The perfect place for events and business meals.

With an elegant atmosphere and flavours that make every moment unique, Pasaji is the ideal all day choice in the heart of Athens!
